Accompanying Guest Registration Fee
In 2025, due to increasing costs and economic uncertainties, APRES has decided to implement a small fee for guest registrations. This fee covers a light breakfast with coffee service and light afternoon snacks with soda service in the Guest Hospitality Suite on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. It also includes participation in the Ice Cream Social, the Gala Dinner, and the Awards Reception—ensuring that family members, partners, and friends enjoy a full and engaging event experience. By charging this fee, we help offset rising costs and ensure that all guests contribute to maintaining a high-quality experience for our registered attendees.
