52nd Virtual Annual Meeting
July 14-15, 2020


The 2020 APRES Annual Meeting will be Virtual.  The APRES Board of Directors and Program Committee reached this very difficult decision after monitoring the impact of COVID-19 over the past two months and discussing its potential effect on the health and safety of our members, sponsors, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff.

We recognize COVID-19 weighed heavily on your decision to submit an abstract and APRES is giving you a second chance to participate in the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting.  New abstracts are being accepted until May 15, 2020.

Abstracts submitted by the April 30th deadline have all been accepted for presentation.  Please read the new virtual guidelines on how to present your abstract. 

Abstract Revisions
If you need to make a revision after submitting your abstract, you must complete the online submission process again and attach the updated file.  Your last submission will be the accepted version.  Revisions will be accepted until May 15, 2020.

Notification Date
Authors of newly submitted abstracts (both oral presentations and posters) will be notified by May 20th if their abstract has been selected for presentation at the 2020 APRES Virtual Annual Meeting.
