Peanut Science

Peanut Science is a peer-reviewed on-line research journal dedicated to publishing the results of Research, Education, and/or Extension projects and programs directly involved with or applicable to the production, storage, processing, manufacturing or marketing of peanuts.

Peanut Science has a rich heritage of scholarly research beginning with Volume 1 published in 1974 through the current issue. It is published exclusively on-line twice a year (January-June and July-December). No hard copies are available, but subscribers are welcome to download and print copies for their use exclusively.

Access to Peanut Science can be obtained in two ways:

1) Full and unlimited access to all volumes of Peanut Science is restricted to members of the American Peanut Research and Education Society(APRES). Membership in the society is $100 per year. (Student discounts are available)

2) Non-members may access Peanut Science by purchasing individual articles at $20/article at the Peanut Science website www.peanutscience.com.
